Amstelveen – After a long-term process, STULZ GROEP B.V. can finally announce that the company will leave Amstelveen at the end of 2021 for a new gasless, energy-efficient building in Hoofddorp on the industrial estate “De President”. STULZ will build 6000 m2 on a plot of 9,000 m2 in the first phase. One of the main reasons for moving is the business expansion of the scope of supply and activities.
Part of this expansion is a new warehouse (phase 1) with a surface of 3,200 m2. The building will be equipped with sustainable climate solutions from STULZ itself, STULZ Tecnivel and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. In addition, 1200 solar panels supply the charging stations for electric cars and the energy supply for the heat pumps. Hoofddorp has been chosen as the new destination because of its good national and international accessibility. More information will follow in due course about the construction and the various developments that the move will entail. Below you will find a short impression video of the new building, which F5 Projectengroep B.V. has been designed and is being built.
